1. All DR Doghouse Bully Crew Swag, Collars, and Leashes bought on ddbcr.com are a donation and can be returned for exchange of the same item only unless otherwise specified by a DR Doghouse Bully Crew Rescue Representitive. Email doghousebullycrew@gmail.com with your name, product purchased, date of purchase, and your shipping address. 

 

2.All Items must be returned no later than 30 days from the time your product was shipped. 

 

3. For any reason there is a defect from us on any of our products, and you are not 100% satisfied,  Please email doghousebullycrew@gmail.com and we will exchange or repair the item free of charge.

 

4. Please return all items for exchange or to be repaired directly to DR Doghouse Bully Crew Rescue at 11054 Ventura Blvd #257 Studio City, Ca 91604

 

5.All returned exchanges shipping costs, other than repairs are the buyers responsibility unless otherwise specified by a DR Doghouse Bully Crew Rescue representitive. If the product is returned for repair please attach a copy of the return shipping receipt email to doghousebullycrew@gmail.com with your name, product, and shipping address. You will receive a shipping refund in 7 to 10 working days.

 

6. Since there is no real packaging then there is no need to return in original packaging
